SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We take utmost care to ensure the safety of your precious jewelry through our meticulous packaging process. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before being securely packed in either plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper. To provide the utmost protection during delivery, multiple layers of bubble wrap are added. Your jewelry will arrive safely in a Om Jewellers Box.
Shipping
Once your ordered product is securely packaged, we will entrust its delivery to one of our reliable shipping partners, such as Shiprocket and DHL
This ensures that your jewelry is delivered to you securely and within the specified timeframe. For international orders, we rely on the trusted services of FedEx or DHL. Additionally, please be aware that if you suspect any tampering with the package before delivery, you have the option to reject it at the time of delivery.
Delivery Time
Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 days, while international orders may take approximately 7-15 working days. Please note that the specific time and date of delivery may vary depending on the location.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard shipping charges at Om Jewellers Amritsar are as follows:
- We take minimal charges of INR 150/- for delivery to make your experience delightful with Om Jewellers Amritsar, regardless of the cart value.
- Please note that the Cash On Delivery option is not available for international orders. And we are trying our best to make it allowed for National Orders
- It is important to be aware that for international orders, any additional charges such as Import Duty or Customs Duty specific to the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
